Carmen Budilean

Budilean Carmen is from Romania and moved to Canada at the age of eight. Since 2009, she has worked with various Green parties across Canada. In 2011, she ran as a candidate of the Green Party of Canada in the riding of Saint Lambert. She then served on the Executive Council of the Green Party of Quebec and served as campaign manager for Green Party of New Brunswick. She also worked as an organizer in the federal election the Green Party of Canada in 2015. Today she is the executive director of the Green Party of New Brunswick. Carmen is a member of many environmental groups and groups fighting for social justice and gender equality. Carmen spoke repeatedly to the Centers for women to talk about the reality of women and the importance of gender equality


Marie Therese Merhej Seif

Marie Therese Merhej Seif

is member of the Political Council of Lebanon’s Green Party, Founder of the NGO “Association Human Environment and Development (HEAD).” Member of the Bureau of the Mediterranean Information for Environment, Culture and Sustainable Development (MIO-ECSDE), Member of the Arab Network for Environment and Development (RAED), Executive Member of the Lebanese Environment Forum (Parasol 46 NGOs). She holds a Master Engineer Architect / Diploma Photography Diploma Charters arbitrates on Expert and Sworn to the Lebanese courts. His interest for several years to promote the presence of more Lebanese women in active politics. She believes that equitable participation of women in politics and government is essential in any democratic society


Catherine Greze

Catherine Grèze 

is a French politician, member of the party Europe Ecology Greens, and MEP from 2009 to 2014. His militant and career were marked by the international. She joined politics and the Greens in 1985. She was in charge of European and international within the party’s national executive. Executive committee member of the European Green Party for nine years, it will be one of the pillars of the Global Greens Coordination. She is actively involved in the organization of the first World Congress of the Greens in 2001 in Canberra and the drafting of its reference text: the Charter of the Global Green


Évelyne Huytebroeck

Evelyne Huytebroeck

is a member of the European Green Party Committee; Belgian ecologist MP, former Minister of the Government of the Brussels Region responsible for the environment, energy, urban renewal, youth – welfare, adoption, care for prisoners, the fight against poverty, people with disabilities – and seniors. Evelyne was an environmental activist since 1982 and elected to the Brussels Parliament since 1989. His goal: to make a sustainable city-region which reconciles economic development and job creation, environmental protection and social justice but also revitalizing neighborhoods and participation citizen.
